Returns Policy

CHANGE OF MIND / CANCELLATIONS

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind after your shipping confirmation has been sent to you. Cancellations must happen via email before we package your items ready for shipping. Once we have begun preparing your order we cannot guarantee cancellation is possible as inherent delays may exist between our partners and our systems. Please choose your items intentionally so there is no need to cancel.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your items have arrived damaged during shipping please immediately photograph the damage and the packaging. Contact us as soon as you can so that we can make it right.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

We guarantee the quality of all our items as we endeavour to produce the best possible products. If for some reason the item you receive does not meet your expectations within 30 days of receiving your item, please contact us and we will make it right.
