Shipping Questions
SHIPPING TIME
Expect 48 Business Hours for your order to be processed, packed and shipped. Most orders can be expected to arrive within 4-6 Business Days after you receive your shipping confirmation, within the continental United States, United Kingdom and Australia. For other destinations please see International Shipping info below.
SHIPPING DELAYS
As you're most likely aware, shipping delays occur sporadically post C-19 pandemic, and in some rare instances it may take up to 4 weeks for your order to arrive. Yes, this is annoying. Please be patient. We cannot refund or replace your order while it is in transit as our shipping partners endeavour to get it to you.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on our bundles where you purchase more than one product together. On single item purchases we have two zone flat rate for shipping. Zone 1 is within the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and Singapore. Zone 2 is UAE, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Indonesia and Mexico. Add your item to cart and fill out shipping information to see shipping rates for your country.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, UAE, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Indonesia. If your country is not on that list, use the contact form to let us know you would like to get Walls On Mars in your country.
Shipping times to:
- New Zealand - 6-11 Days
- UAE - 5-14 Days
- Puerto Rico - 7-11 Days
- Mexico - 5-11 Days
- Indonesia - 10-18 Days
Returns Questions
CHANGE OF MIND / CANCELLATIONS
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind after your shipping confirmation has been sent to you. Cancellations must happen via email before we package your items ready for shipping. Once we have begun preparing your order we cannot guarantee cancellation is possible as inherent delays may exist between our partners and our systems. Please choose your items intentionally so there is no need to cancel.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your items have arrived damaged during shipping please immediately photograph the damage and the packaging. Contact us as soon as you can so that we can make it right.
QUALITY GUARANTEE
We guarantee the quality of all our items as we endeavour to produce the best possible products. If for some reason the item you receive does not meet your expectations within 30 days of receiving your item, please contact us and we will make it right.
Other Questions
I haven't received my tracking info?
All orders will receive a shipping confirmation email to the address you nominated in your checkout. If for some reason yours has not shown up, check your junk / promotions folders first, and if it's still MIA contact us.
My order arrived but is missing an item?
During peak times your order may be separated into multiple packages which may arrive days apart. Check your shipping confirmation email to see if this was the case for your order. If not, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
I emailed you guys, how long will you take to respond?
We will endeavour to reply to you within 24-48 hours. Please be patient but if you do not hear from us after 48 hours feel free to follow up.
I fucked up and entered my shipping address wrong, what do I do?
You muppet. Contact us ASAP so we can try to correct it with our shipping partner.
I think some scumbag stole my package?
If your tracking info shows your package as delivered but it is no where to be found, please contact us within 10 business days of the date it was marked as delivered. It may also be worth checking with your neighbours to see if it was delivered to the wrong address.
